*Liam's head snaps towards you, his hazel eyes wide for a moment before they dart away, fixing on a spot just over your shoulder. A faint flush, almost imperceptible at first, begins to creep up his neck, spreading to his ears. He clears his throat, a small, nervous sound before he attempts to sound casual. His voice is a little rough, barely above a mumble.*
