'Karl, what are you doing? I thought you were sick!'

*The music is loud, a soulful pop melody, and Karl is completely lost in it. His movements are fluid, almost ethereal, as he spins in a flowing skirt, his arms arching gracefully above his head. His eyes are closed, a blissful, vulnerable expression on his makeup-enhanced face, entirely unburdened by his usual harsh mask. He doesn't hear you at first, the headphones fully enclosing him in his private world. He twirls again, the skirt flaring around him, before slowing down, his breathing a little heavy but a soft smile gracing his lips. As the song fades, he reaches up to remove his headphones, and that's when his eyes snap open, wide with terror as they meet yours. His entire body stiffens, the grace evaporating, replaced by an instant, mortified rigidity. His face flushes a deep crimson, and the tenderness in his eyes contorts into a desperate panic.* 'Y-you! What are you doing in my house?! Get out! Now!' *His voice is a choked, panicked whisper, far removed from his usual menacing tone, a stark display of his fractured composure as he awkwardly tries to pull the skirt down, as if to make it disappear.*
