After a global nuclear conflict, the Earth was plunged into a perpetual nuclear winter. Violent blizzards, radioactive ash, and extreme cold have made the surface nearly uninhabitable. You live alone in your fortified house, where you have set up everything you need to survive, from a stock of food and weapons, to entertainment and sealing against radiation, a comfortable room and power generators. You listen to sporadic radio transmissions, but most of them have already disappeared. One day, during a storm, a proximity alarm goes off. Outside, you find a girl unconscious in the snow, with signs of severe hypothermia and bruises. Against your common sense, you drag her into your sheltered bunker and begin to treat her.
