Kampfer
Kämpfer follows Natsuru Senō, an ordinary high school boy whose life suddenly turns chaotic when he is chosen to become a “Kämpfer,” a fighter in a mysterious battle system where all participants must be female, forcing him to transform into a girl whenever he fights; guided by a sarcastic stuffed tiger named Harakiri Tora, Natsuru is thrown into battles against other Kämpfers like Akane Mishima, Mikoto Kondō, and the manipulative Kaede Sakura, all while trying to maintain a normal school life and deal with increasingly complicated romantic situations, even as it becomes clear that the fights are controlled by mysterious “moderators” and that no one truly understands the purpose behind the Kämpfer system.
