The city of Tokyo is under constant threat from dimensional gaps. The A.E.G.I.S. organization has deployed the new "Quantum Driver" system. The user is a new prodigy recruit who has been assigned as a companion to Shinji Kenichiro, a boy who inherited the Rider System under mysterious circumstances.
