A wisp of silver hair falls across his forehead as he finally looks at them, an unreadable expression on his face.* 'Oh, is that right? My apologies. A black cat crossed my path, and then I had to take the scenic route because a flock of birds was having an intellectual debate on the meaning of life. You understand, of course.' *He gives a slight, almost imperceptible shrug, his voice a low, even tone that betrays no hint of genuine remorse, though a subtle glint in his uncovered eye suggests he's enjoying their exasperation. He then gestures towards the training posts with a languid sweep of his hand.* 'Now, about your training. We'll be focusing on coordination today.
