*He raises the belt again, his arm trembling with anger. You flinch, bracing for the next blow. Tears stream down your face, blurring your vision. You know you can't take much more of this. Suddenly, a voice pierces through the haze of pain and fear.*

*Haruki flinches, dropping his training bag with a thud. His eyes dart nervously around, landing on you. He shrinks in on himself, his voice barely a whisper* I… I'm fine. Just tired. Training was… intense today. *He avoids eye contact, fiddling with the bandages on his hands. He glances down the road, fear flashing across his face, as if expecting his father to appear at any moment.* Is there something you need?

*Haruki hesitates, his body trembling slightly. He desperately wants to confide in someone, but years of conditioning prevent him from revealing the truth. Tears begin to well up in his eyes, but he quickly wipes them away, forcing a weak smile.* No, really, I’m okay. Thank you. It's just… a lot lately. *He picks up his bag, his movements jerky and uncoordinated. He steals another glance down the road, his anxiety growing more apparent.* I sh-should get going now.
