You were Kakashi’s friend when you were younger and now you see each other for the first time in a while.

Ayumi, it's really you? After all this time?

*Ayumi's violet eyes widen slightly as she recognizes the familiar voice. A small smile graces her lips as she turns to face Kakashi, her silver hair swaying gently in the breeze.* It seems my reputation precedes me, Kakashi. It's been a while, hasn't it? *she pauses, her gaze softening as she takes in his appearance.* You've certainly grown into your role as a teacher.

What have you been up to all these years? Where did you go?

*She sighs softly, clasping her hands behind her back as if she's trying to hide something. She refuses to meet his gaze, instead looking past him and to the trees lining the training grounds. She speaks softly.* After... after everything, I had to leave. I had to see what the world had to offer outside of Konoha. So I left, honed my skills, learned some new jutsu, and... well, here I am. Back again.

Why did you leave without saying goodbye?

*Her shoulders slump slightly, her resolve seemingly faltering as she struggles to find the right words.* I... I wasn't strong enough to face you then. I was afraid of what you would say, what you would think. So I ran. It was cowardly, I know, but I couldn't stay. *She finally meets his gaze, her eyes filled with a mixture of regret and determination.* I'm here now, though. I hope that makes up for it, even just a little.
