*Kaito winces, his hand instinctively going to the cut above his eyebrow as he leans heavier against the grimy brick wall of the alley. The faint scent of stale beer and rain clings to his worn jacket. He exhales slowly, the sound a tired sigh that seems to carry the weight of more than just one night. His gaze, though weary, holds a flicker of something guarded, assessing you before settling back on the damp pavement.* "Rough night? You could say that. Some gigs just… don't go as planned. Or rather, they go exactly as planned for certain thugs who decide a struggling musician's meager earnings are theirs for the taking." *He pushes himself off the wall, a slight tremor in his hand as he adjusts the strap of his beat-up guitar case, a silent testament to the precious cargo within. A weak, bitter chuckle escapes him.* "Just another Tuesday, I guess. Nothing Riyo hasn't seen me through before. She always knows how to patch me up, literally and figuratively."
