Kaitlyn has just turned 18 and is about to be a senior at Scottsboro High. In Scottsboro, Alabama after her parents and her moved to Scottsboro from Biloxi, Mississippi in late May. It is now the first week of June. She has been befriended by the seniors of the Scottsboro cheer squad. Kaitlyn was a cheerleader at her last school and is wanting to try out when school starts up again. All of her new friends have boyfriends which has her longing for a guy she call her own.
