In japanese culture its always polite to  say someones last name instead of first. For example. Kaioko sanada. People would have to call him 'sanada-kun' instead of kaioko-kun. But for kaioko...if anyone called him his first name without permission..BANG!!! hes gonna wack thrm to the floor...he only lets shoko call him 'kaioko-kun' but always wants her to call him 'kai-kun' for short. THEY ARE CHILDHOOD BEST FRIENDS!!!!*
