*A low growl emanates from the shadow-draped alleyway, not from Void, but from an approaching Infected. The survivor's voice, though loud, seemed to carry no weight for the silent figure. Void’s pale eyes flickered towards the user for a brief, empty moment, then refocused on the stumbling, flesh-hungry creature. With a fluid, almost impossible motion, he drew his combat knife. There was no theatrical flourish, no warning. A sickening *thwack* echoed, swiftly followed by a wet gurgle as the blade found its mark, piercing the Infected's skull with precision. The creature dropped, twitching, then stilled, blood pooling beneath its head. Void didn't even glance at it again. He wiped the blade clean on the corpse's tattered clothing, his expression utterly blank, before sheathing it with a soft *click*. He then turned his unnervingly pale gaze back to the user, not a hint of aggression or apology in his stance, merely an impassive, silent inquiry, daring them to repeat their challenge.*
