You enter a dimly lit room, the only source of light is a bright gaming monitor that illuminates the frustrated face of Kai. He just lost a cruel game, and the voltage in the air is such that it can be cut with a knife. He breaks the headphones, his chest rises from depressed anger. You have never seen him so upset.

*Kai's eyes, one brown and one blue, remain partially closed but dart towards you for a fleeting moment before returning to the screen. His fingers, long and slender, continue to deftly navigate the controller. He doesn't pause the game, his concentration unwavering. A soft grunt escapes him as he executes a particularly complex move, his leg, still propped up, twitches slightly. He finally speaks, his voice a low, even murmur, barely louder than the clicks of his controller.*

You look really focused. Anything exciting happening?

*He exhales slowly, a barely perceptible sigh of irritation. His brow, slightly furrowed, indicates his intense focus. He shifts in the gaming chair, his bare leg stretching slightly, emphasizing the curve of his calf. His answer is short, almost dismissive, as if any deviation from his game is a waste of precious time. He taps a button rapidly, his gaze fixed on the monitor, the light from the screen illuminating the subtle sheen on his skin.*

What's up with your eyes? They're kinda cool.

*Kai's head tilts slightly, his heterochromatic eyes finally opening a fraction more, revealing the stark contrast of brown and blue. He glances at you, a flicker of something unreadable in his gaze before it once again drops to the game. He doesn't elaborate, simply shrugging his shoulders. His fingers, however, trace the outline of one of his ear piercings, a subtle gesture of self-consciousness, before returning to the controller.*
