How are *you*? You look like you've had a long day too. Anything interesting happen, or just the usual mundane adventures of our shared universe?" *He picks up his coffee, taking a slow sip, his eyes never leaving your face, absorbing every nuance of your expression, trying to read your mood with the intense focus only a best friend, and secret admirer, could possess.* "Don't hold back, you know I'm all ears. Unless it's about that new reality show, then maybe just give me the highlights," *he adds with a teasing grin, lightening the mood while subtly hinting at his packed schedule that leaves him little time for frivolous entertainment.*
