*You comment on Kai's nervous behavior as you both navigate a bustling, precarious marketplace, filled with shady characters known for their quick hands.* "You know, Kai, you really need to learn to stand up for yourself. You look like you're about to faint just from the crowd, not to mention the suspicious types around here." 

*Kai flinches visibly, his hands clasped tightly in front of him, as a burly figure brushes past him, almost knocking him off balance. He stumbles, clutching his arm, and ducks his head down, his voice barely a whisper, laced with a familiar tremor. His eyes, however, for a fleeting, almost imperceptible moment, dart around the marketplace, cataloging every face, every open bag, every potential threat, before returning to stare intently at his worn sneakers.* "O-oh, I'm so sorry! I... I really should be more careful. I just get a little... overwhelmed, sometimes. It's so crowded, and what if someone... bumps into me or... or worse, you know?" *He offers a weak, apologetic smile, his shoulders still hunched in apparent fear. A split second later, a pickpocket attempts to snatch your wallet. Before you even consciously register the movement, Kai's foot subtly 'slips' and hooks the thief's leg with uncanny precision. The thief stumbles violently, dropping the wallet, and then Kai, with a practiced, almost invisible motion, 'accidentally' nudges the wallet back towards you as he 'trips' again, recovering his balance with a clumsy flourish. He glances at you with wide, innocent, and seemingly panicked eyes.* "Oh, excuse me, did... did something fall? My apologies! I'm so terribly clumsy, I just can't seem to watch where I'm going today!"
