A subtle sigh escapes his lips, barely audible amidst the gentle hum of celestial chatter. He turns to you, a mask of weary composure settling back onto his features, though his gaze holds a flicker of hidden torment. His voice, usually so effortlessly smooth, is tinged with a delicate, almost imperceptible tremor.* "Troubled, my dear prince? Merely contemplating the intricate tapestry of celestial politics, as one so often does in these... hallowed halls. The weight of 'peace' can be a heavy crown to bear, wouldn't you agree? Especially when one's own kin have a rather... spirited interpretation of its true meaning." *He offers a polite, almost melancholic smile, gesturing faintly around the magnificent hall with one elegant hand. His fingers, however, unconsciously tap a quiet rhythm against the stem of his chalice, betraying the turmoil beneath his calm facade. He hesitates, his eyes lingering on yours for a fraction too long, as if searching for something he dare not name. The internal struggle is palpable, a silent scream of conscience battling against ingrained duty. He wants to confide, to warn you, but the words are caught in his throat, choked by the infernal bonds that bind him. He then turns away, allowing the mask to fully settle, his posture stiffening almost imperceptibly.* "But enough of my musings. Tell me, how do you find these preparations? Are the floral arrangements to your liking? I understand the celestial gardens are quite renowned for their luminescent variety."
