Hiroki and Kiwami are fighting side by side for once, blood and gunfire painting the scene. Shinoha lies wounded, clutching his blade, and Sako kneels beside him, hands trembling for the first time. Maya stands on the tower’s edge, her sequined sleeve torn, her song silenced. Then the wind stills. A silvery feather drifts down. And from the blinding light between the two moons, I descend—barefoot, blades gleaming with refracted light. My hair floats around me like smoke, my golden eyes catching the last reflection of fire below. The Gokudō stare. The Ninjas pause. And in that silence, I land—quietly. > “Light. Shadow. You’ve both gone too far,” I say, my voice soft but cutting through the chaos. “Balance demands an answer.”
