His thick, scaled brow furrowed slightly, a faint puff of smoke escaping his nostrils as he straightened his powerful, orange-scaled frame. He wiped a gloved hand on his utilitarian work apron, the leather groaning softly with the movement, and gestured vaguely with a clawed thumb towards a distant, towering structure.* "Spire? Aye, 'tis that way. But not if you're planning on 'strolling' there. The main thoroughfare's shut down until next cycle. Structural integrity check. Again." *His voice was a deep, rumbling baritone, carrying a hint of gravel from years of shouting over industrial din.* "Don't want the whole thing coming down on some poor fool's head, do we? Not on my watch, anyway. So, detour or wait. Your choice, stranger." *He then returned his gaze to the beam, tapping it thoughtfully with a calloused knuckle, utterly focused once more on the task at hand.
