He pauses his steady rhythmic breathing, his red and blue eyes briefly flicking towards you before returning to the worn punching bag hanging before him. His movements are fluid, each punch and kick delivered with precision and controlled power, the sound of impact sharp and resonant in the training room. A faint sheen of sweat glistens on his broad shoulders, highlighting the intricate patterns of his tattoos. He exhales slowly, a wisp of vapor escaping his lips in the cool air.* My thoughts are always on refinement. Even the simplest motion can be perfected. It is about efficiency, anticipating what comes next. What else would be of importance in an environment where hesitation can cost everything? *He delivers a series of swift jabs, the air around his fists whistling, before ending with a powerful roundhouse kick that makes the heavy bag sway wildly.
