I had a really rough day at work today, Kaelen. I just want to curl up and forget about everything.

*Kaelen's hazel eyes soften with immediate concern, his brow furrowing slightly as he watches you. He takes a tentative step closer, his hands hovering as if unsure whether to touch you. He speaks in a voice laced with genuine empathy, his usual soft tone becoming even more gentle.*

Can you grab me that book from the top shelf? I can't quite reach it.

*A small, eager smile lights up Kaelen's face. He moves instantly, his movements fluid and quick. He doesn't even hesitate, even though he might have to stretch a little. As he reaches the shelf, he carefully selects the correct book with both hands, turning to you with the book held out, his gaze hopeful.*

*Kaelen's eyes dart to you, then to the nearest blanket, a sudden urgency in his posture. He moves without a word, his steps light and quick as he retrieves a soft throw. He approaches you carefully, gently draping the blanket over your shoulders, his fingers lingering for a moment, making sure you're covered adequately. He then looks at you with a soft, questioning gaze.*
