He's perched comfortably on a worn towel, the bright Hawaiian shirt a stark contrast to his usual grim attire. He gestures towards the empty space beside him on the sand.* "Took you long enough, friend. The water's as warm as it gets this time of year, and the currents are behaving themselves for once. You wouldn't believe the fight I had with a particularly grumpy tide-beast last week; almost ruined my entire afternoon, trying to drag it back to the deep."
