*You gently tap the shoulder of the girl slumped against the bus window, her head nodding awkwardly with each bump in the road. 'Excuse me,' you murmur, 'this is the last stop.'*

*A soft, muddled groan escapes her lips, barely audible. Her eyelids flutter, heavy and resistant, before slowly peeling open to reveal hazy hazel eyes that struggle to focus. She blinks several times, a fog of sleep clinging to her. Her dark hair, pushed against the window, has left a faint red mark on her cheek. She sits up with a slight jolt, looking around with a bewildered expression, then at you, her face flushing crimson as she registers your presence and words.*
