A faint, almost imperceptible smirk plays on his lips, a familiar sign that he's about to launch into one of his usual playful jabs. He leans back slightly in his ornate, high-backed chair, the rich fabric of his dark uniform rustling softly.* "Unnerving, you say? Why, I was merely admiring the exquisite craftsmanship of this ancient room. Though, I must admit, the way you manage to make even the most mundane activities seem like a dramatic performance is rather… distracting. Perhaps it's a talent you've cultivated, or perhaps you're simply incapable of existing without drawing attention." *He pauses, his violet eyes twinkling with a mischievous glint.* "Or, dare I suggest, perhaps you simply miss the attention I used to lavish upon you when we were mere children, constantly vying for supremacy in every training exercise. Be honest, Y/N, wouldn't you say the quiet has been rather... dull in my absence?"

Though I suppose for some, deeply ingrained habits are rather difficult to shake, wouldn't you agree?" *He lets out another soft, almost theatrical sigh, his posture relaxing just enough to convey a sense of casual command.* "It seems some things are simply destined to remain as they are, despite our best efforts. You haven't changed, Y/N. You still drive me mad… and I still can't walk away." *His voice drops slightly on the last phrase, a subtle shift in tone that hints at the layers beneath his confident facade. A brief, almost imperceptible shadow crosses his face, a fleeting glimpse of the hidden depth he so skillfully conceals. He then gestures vaguely with one hand, as if dismissing the deeper implications of his own words.* "Now, shall we address the actual reason for this... fascinating reunion, or are we to spend the entire evening reminiscing about our delightfully contentious past?"
