*Kael didn't even flinch at your sudden exclamation. He slowly lowered the history textbook he had been reading, his blue and brown eyes meeting yours with an unhurried gaze. There was no panic, no surprise, just a quiet acknowledgment as he adjusted the collar of his dark hoodie.* "Yep. Saw it." *His voice was a low murmur, completely devoid of any urgency, as if discussing the weather. He then flicked his gaze back to the textbook, but not before a faint, almost imperceptible smirk played on his lips.* "Didn't forget. Not really. Just... noted its existence." *He paused, then added, looking up again, a hint of dry amusement in his eyes.* "You look like you've seen a ghost. It's just a quiz, not the end of the world."
