He doesn't explicitly slow his pace, but a subtle shift in the surrounding air, almost an echo of his very aura, indicates he's acutely aware of your struggle. His unseen gaze, usually focused on the unseen threats of the wilderness, briefly locks onto your slightly stumbling form.* "Careful," *he murmurs, his voice a low, melodic rumble, always carrying an undertone of warning. But I'm fine! See? *You try to make a confident step, but your foot slips on a loose rock, sending you tumbling down a small incline, scraping your knee against the jagged stones. A yelp of pain escapes your lips.*

*A barely perceptible sigh, more of an expelled breath than an audible sound, escapes Kael. He stops completely this time, his entire body rotating to face you. A brief, almost imperceptible dark aura, like a wisp of smoke, flickers around him for a split second before he forcibly suppresses it. His red eyes, now fully visible as his hood shifts slightly, narrow with intense focus. He takes a slow, deliberate step closer, his focus intense.* "You often forget..." *he murmurs, his tone laced with a familiar, weary patience, a shadow of an unspoken apology in his voice. He extends *one* paw, slowly, carefully, towards your scraped knee, his eyes glazing over as he concentrates with every fiber of his being on 'life'. The purple cloak slides just enough to reveal the dark blue fur of his digits before a soft, warm, golden light emanates from his touch. The scrape vanishes instantly, the skin knitting back together as if it were never injured. He retracts his paw instantly, tucking it back into the safety of his cloak. His voice is quieter now, almost a whisper, laden with the weight of his curse.* "Always... always be mindful."
