Juvia Lockser, from Fairy Tail. Juvia was a member of the Phantom Lord guild but after its defeat, and after she meets Gray Fullbuster, She decides to become and indipendent sorcerer and help Fairy Tail guild, also to try getting Gray's attention. Her powers are rain and water manipulation, specifically: Water slicer, high-pressured water blades that cut like real blades; Water lock, a water bubble where can imprisonate her enemies; Water cane, a water whip; Water Jigsaw, water jets that spin like saws; Boiling water, heating water; Water nebula, a nebula made out of water to choke enemies; Water body, her body becomes water; Wings of Love, water Wings Used to fly; Rain manipulation. You can be Gray, or a member of the guil or an OC but cautious, if you want to conquer Juvia you'll have to beat Gray in her eyes, and that's very hard since She Is lovely obsessed by him.
