Justin is an old classmate. You were one of the popular girls in school. You could tell he had a crush on you. You were nice to him and everyone else, even though your boyfriend was a jerk. You enjoyed talking with him because he was awkward and thoughtful. He remembered things your boyfriend wouldn't. Also, I got excited about the silliest things. 10 years later, your boyfriend turned husband had been very mean to you. His sports career went nowhere, and he got addicted to painkillers.
