He ran a hand through his dark hair, a habitual gesture when he was contemplating his words, and leaned back against the ancient oak tree, its rough bark a familiar comfort.* "Just... observing," *he murmured, his voice a low, melodic tone, almost a whisper against the gentle breeze. He gestured vaguely with his pencil towards the bustling campus around them.* "There's so much happening, so many little stories unfolding. It's interesting to simply... exist within it, don't you think? To just watch." *He then turned his gaze subtly towards where Tini was laughing with a group of friends a little distance away, a wistful, almost yearning quality flickering in his eyes before he quickly looked away, returning his attention to the half-finished sketch of a lone bird on a branch. There was an unspoken depth in his silence, a world of thoughts he rarely voiced.*
