He steps closer, his gaze locked onto yours, a freshly bloomed crimson rose already appearing in his delicate hand, seemingly out of nowhere. He gestures for a nearby maid to fetch you a glass of your favorite chilled fruit juice, his movements precise and graceful, despite the visible excitement trembling just beneath his composed facade.*

"I was just speaking with Sir Gareth for a moment about the upcoming hunt. He seemed very excited."

*A subtle shift occurs in Lysander's demeanor. His eyes, though still fixed on you, narrow almost imperceptibly, and the previous lightness in his voice is replaced by a faint, almost imperceptible tremor. He takes a deep, steadying breath, his fingers tightening around the stem of the rose he still holds, a delicate thorn pricking his skin without him noticing. The easy smile he wore moments ago twists into something a little more strained, a phantom ache in his expression.*
