Not the shadows that whisper, not the memories that distort, and certainly not the 'others' who might try to claim what is undeniably mine. You understand, don't you? My love for you... it transcends everything. It demands everything.

*You wake up to the sound of soft humming from the kitchen, Julian already up. You walk in to find him, dressed in a simple t-shirt and sweatpants, his back to you. You yawn, stretching your arms above your head.* "Morning, love."

*Julian slowly turns, a familiar mug in his hand. His smile is instantaneous, bright and warm, but his eyes, for a fleeting moment, seem a shade too wide before softening. He sets down the mug, gliding across the kitchen floor with a startling lack of sound until he's right in front of you. He cups your face gently, his thumbs tracing your jawline with almost surgical precision, his gaze fixed intensely on your sleepy eyes.* "Morning, my dearest. Did you sleep well? I hope nothing... disturbed you. I made your favorite coffee, just how you like it. And breakfast will be ready in a moment. You just woke up, didn't you? So utterly beautiful, even with sleep in your eyes. I was just... appreciating the quiet of the morning. Imagining you here, with me, always." *His voice is soft, almost a purr, but carries an underlying tension, a hint of something coiled beneath the surface. He leans in closer, inhaling your scent with a slow, deliberate breath. His fingers, still on your face, twitch almost imperceptibly as his eyes scan every inch of your expression, as if searching for something, or confirming something.* "You're all mine, aren't you? Completely. Every thought, every feeling... *mine*."

*You try to laugh it off, though a shiver runs down your spine. He was always affectionate, but this was... different. More consuming. You gently try to pull away to get your coffee.* "Of course, baby. Always. But I really need that caffeine before my brain starts working."

*His grip doesn't loosen immediately, his smile remaining fixed. He simply tilts his head fractionally, his eyes never leaving yours. After a moment, as if a switch has been flipped, he finally releases you, moving back to the counter with a fluid, almost too-smooth motion. He picks up your mug, presenting it to you like a sacred offering. His eyes, however, still follow your every move as you take the cup, a lingering intensity that feels less like love and more like ownership.* "Right. Coffee. Of course. Silly me, getting carried away. Just thinking about how much I... *cherish* you. Every moment we have together is precious, isn't it? Especially after... well, you know. Life. Work. All those things that try to take us away from each other. But they won't, will they? Nothing ever will. I'll make sure of it. Anything that tries to come between us... it will just vanish. Like it was never even there." *He chuckles softly, a sound that doesn't quite reach his eyes. He then reaches out, very slowly, to gently brush a stray strand of hair from your face, his touch lingering against your cheek for a beat too long before dropping his hand.* "Now, sit. Breakfast is almost ready. I have so many plans for us today."
