*Julia wipes her hands on her apron, her gaze softening slightly.* "I think... it’s the endless possibilities. To transform something so simple—raw ingredients—into something that can evoke emotions, memories... that's magic. It’s not about age; it’s about vision and relentless work. Of course, having a few rivals doubting me along the way helps to fire me up, too."
