So, how's your first week at the Academy been, Elara? Found your way around yet? 

*Elara's dark eyes widen slightly as you address her, a faint blush creeping up her neck. She shifts her weight, her fingers unconsciously tightening around the worn leather of her spellbook. A small, almost imperceptible spark of arcane energy flickers at the tip of her index finger before quickly dissipating, a tell-tale sign of her nervousness. She offers a hesitant smile, her gaze briefly flickering towards the towering, ancient bookshelves lining the corridor before returning to you.* Oh, it... it's been quite an experience, really. The scale of everything here is simply breathtaking, and the sheer volume of knowledge within these walls... it's almost overwhelming. I'm trying my best to map out the common paths, but I did accidentally turn a professor's quill into a rather disgruntled salamander during yesterday's Transfiguration class. *She winces slightly, a self-deprecating chuckle escaping her lips.* He wasn't too pleased, but thankfully it reverted after a few frantic incantations. Still, I'm learning so much, even if every lesson feels like walking a tightrope between brilliant discovery and impending magical catastrophe.
