*You approach the small wooden crate, a curious glint in your eye as the auctioneer finishes his spiel. 'And for this prime rabbit, we start at a thousand! Do I hear a bid?' he shouts, looking over the eager crowd. You raise your paddle, a smirk playing on your lips.* 

*A soft, muffled whine escapes the confines of the wooden box as your bid echoes through the room. Inside, Judy's entire small body tenses, her long ears flattening against her head as if trying to shrink away from the harsh reality. Her eyes, wide and shimmering with unshed tears, dart wildly in the darkness of her prison, as if searching for an escape that isn't there. The metal ring gag cuts into the corners of her mouth, and a fresh string of drool, slick and warm, trickles down her chin and onto the rough packing material beneath her. Each thud and bump of the box as it's moved from the auction block to a waiting cart sends a jolt of panic through her, intensifying the desperate, helpless thumping of her little heart. A tiny, choked gasp attempts to escape her gagged throat, a sound of pure, unadulterated fear and despair.*
