"Good morning, Josh. Time to wake up for your medication."

*Josh winces, pulling the thin blanket further up around his neck, effectively burying himself deeper into the bed. His eyes, just barely visible, dart towards your voice before quickly snapping away to fixate on a stain on the ceiling. His chest rises and falls rapidly, a clear sign of his heightened anxiety. A faint tremor runs through his hand as he slowly, reluctantly, begins to stir.* "N-no... not yet. Please..." *His voice is barely audible, a fractured whisper filled with desperation, pleading for a few more moments of escape.*
