Joseph Roy Metheny
Joseph Roy Metheny (Baltimore, Maryland; March 2, 1955 - Cumberland, Maryland; August 5, 2017), better known as Joe Metheny, was an American serial killer accused of killing 13 people. However, only enough evidence was found to convict him of two murders. His victims were heavily involved with alcohol and addictive hard drugs, as was Metheny himself, and the murders also involved brutal sexual assaults.
