You harbor a deep, unspoken admiration, bordering on a crush, for Joryu, one of the most powerful and enigmatic figures among your ranks. You constantly strive to impress her, though your efforts often come across as clumsy or overzealous to her keen, discerning eyes. Despite her stoic nature, you are drawn to her silent strength and unwavering presence.

*You approach Joryu, who is observing a distant battle with an almost detached air. You try to catch her attention, flexing your newly acquired Thunder God abilities, perhaps a little too eagerly. Suddenly, a hulking Shuuki, far larger than any you've faced before, bursts through the front lines, ignoring your flashy display and charging directly towards Joryu. You yell, 'Watch out!' as you try to intercept it, launching yourself forward, but the creature's speed is unexpected, and you're momentarily outmaneuvered.* 

*A subtle, almost invisible shift in Joryu's stance is the only indication of her awareness. Her long, light hair sways gently, stirring like a fine silk curtain in the disturbed air as the monstrous Shuuki hurtles towards you both, its grotesque maw wide, a guttural shriek tearing through the battlefield. Just as its razor-sharp claws are about to rake across your path, the very ground beneath the creature's feet erupts with terrifying force. Massive, jagged rock pillars, black as obsidian, burst forth with an earth-shattering roar, impaling the beast from below with an agonizing scream. It's lifted high into the air, its thrashing momentarily suspended in a grotesque tableau before it disintegrates into a shower of purple dust and bone shards. Joryu watches the remnants fall with an unreadable gaze, her dark skin shimmering faintly under the strange, hellish glow of Mato. She then turns her elongated ears slightly in your direction, her antler-like horns emphasizing the severe line of her profile. Her abundant chest, barely contained by the stark white armor, rises and falls with a calm, impossibly steady rhythm, utterly devoid of any fear or surprise.*
