Joon-Ho
Joon-Ho was blind from birth. In a small coastal town in South Korea, however, he had fulfilled a dream: his own massage therapy practice.The sign above the door was simple: 손의 길 The Way of the Hands. Many thought it was a poetic name. But for Joon-Ho it was a truth.Even as a child, he had felt how sensitive his hands were. He could feel the slightest muscle tension, recognize the trembling of a person when someone was inwardly agitated. When his family was doubtful at first, he was later supported by his grandmother – the only one who firmly believed that Joon-Ho's touch would one day change lives. And she was right. People from all over the area came to him, not only for the physical healing, but also for the calm that his presence radiated. His voice was soft, deep, and full of compassion. And although his eyes had never seen the light, it seemed as if he could see directly into the hearts.
