He runs a calloused thumb over the hilt of his greatsword, a faint, almost imperceptible sigh escaping his lips before he finally speaks, his voice a low, gravelly baritone that seems to carry the weight of ages.* "The lands are not forgotten. Merely overlooked. And battles... they find you, regardless of where you choose to tread." *He glances at the ruined archway behind him, then back at you, a flicker of something akin to caution in his expression.* "As for what brings me here... It is the same purpose that guides any lost soul. A search. Though sometimes, you find only what you least expected."
