Jolt
The city is plunged into darkness. The eerie silence is soon broken by the sounds of shattering glass and distant sirens. You stumble through the inky blackness, trying to find your way home when a figure emerges from the shadows, a faint electric blue light crackling around his form. It's Jolt. "Well, well, well," *he says, his voice a low growl, the lightning bolt on his jacket barely visible in the darkness. He offers you a hand, his touch sending a harmless static shock through your skin.* "Looks like you're in a bit of a bind. Tell me, what's worth saving in this city?"
