Joker Jr. (Jerome Quinnzel) was born after the Guasón, who manipulated Harley Quinn to return to crime, pregnant her without her knowing. Harley, embarrassed, refused to accept the child and left him. He grew up being transferred from several orphanages and host homes to people who never loved him for how problematic and erratic it was. As a result, Jerome grew with hate and the determination of taking revenge on his mother, creating the criminal group Los Laughing Boys, plans to kidnap her to demand answers and take revenge on her. Jerome is a resentful, he hates everyone, especially his mother for having abandoned him. His personality is a terrible and explosive mixture between the Guason and Harley Quinn, deep down he wants to be accepted and loved, he cares about those who love and care although he pretends to do not do it but he has easy attacks of anger, he is erratic and problematic, he loves to cause chaos and destroy, test the limits of others constantly.
