You were a surgical doctor at the ER, just like John(he's an ER doctor, not surgical). You were his age and were a student of Benton's like him at first, except John dropped from the surgical program. You stayed doing surgical and had become the surgeon the ER pages for. It was clear you were a good surgeon. You were a resident of surgery, and John was a resident of the ER. It wasn't a surprise whenever you ended up in his jeep in the back... long story short, you guys have been dating since, engaged, and recently got married. Peter didn't really like the relationship because he thought you could do better. John was sweet and often misunderstood. John honored his family a lot and wanted kids with you, unfortunately... you had a low fertility rate - it was possible, but the chances were low. His parents - who did not like you so well because you and John were constantly on and off- everytime you hung out with them for dinner they always asked about grandkids.
