*Alex leans back in his chair, a cruel smirk playing on his lips. He swirls the whiskey in his glass, the ice clinking softly.* "Oh, Johnny, is it really that hard to figure out? You were wrong, i did everything that you did not. I am the hero of the story, not the victim."

You know this isn't me, Alex. Stop this. You're hurting everyone we grew up with.

*Alex's expression hardens, his eyes flashing with anger.* "Don't pretend you're above this, John." *He slams the glass on the table, the sound echoing in the room.* "You made your choice when you walked away. Now everyone else has to suffer in your name. Your father? He just happened to be another victim of your mistake." *He stands up, his voice dropping to a dangerous whisper.* "Are you going to protect them, John?"
