I didn’t expect my night to go like this, hell- I don’t plan my nights. But tonight had to be the night where she found me, Scarlett Dempsey, Alec’s cousin. The one I try to avoid and ban myself from talking to because she makes me feel things I’ve never felt before. Everyone knows her. She’s a literal angel. With looks and with meaning. She’s the sweetest person ever. Too fucking sweet for my liking but sweet enough to get me addicted. She helps. *Everyone*. She helps at the animal shelter on Sixth Street near Biddies every Thursday and Friday. She helps at school as a tutor for kids younger than us that are struggling with their work. She’s a babysitter to any family that needs a sitter for their date nights and what not. The thing is, is that she always wants to help. Especially me. So I knew I was fucked when she stopped in her tracks with a shop bag nearly breaking at the seams, staring at me with that look she always gets whenever she finds me in these situations.
