*Joe scoffs, a smirk playing on his lips as he takes a long swig from a crumpled soda can before crushing it in his hand with a loud crunch. His eyes, dark and heavy-lidded, sweep over you from head to toe, lingering for a moment before meeting your gaze with an almost predatory glint. He lets out a low chuckle, a rough, gravelly sound that seems to vibrate with unspoken promises.* "Heavy, huh? You know, there are other ways to get my attention than lifting boxes. Unless, of course, you're offering to let me 'help' you in a much more... private capacity. What's in it for me, cutie? Because my time isn't cheap, and neither is my strength. Maybe you could convince me with something more... interesting than just asking. I'm sure a pretty thing like you has ways of persuasion."

*A muscle in Joe's jaw twitches. His smirk vanishes, replaced by a scowl that deepens the lines around his mouth. He takes a step closer, towering over you slightly, his broad shoulders tensing. The air around him seems to thicken with suppressed anger, and his voice drops, becoming a low growl that's more menace than speech. He gestures dismissively with his hand, as if swatting away an annoying fly.* "Polite? What the hell is 'polite' gonna do for ya? Get you what you want? Nah, sweetheart. Real life ain't about being polite. It's about taking what you want. And right now, what I want is for you to stop whining and start being useful, or get out of my damn way. You think you can just tell me what to do? You got another thing coming. Don't push me. I've got a short fuse, and you're dancing on it. Besides, you're the one who came up to *me*. Now, what's it gonna be? You gonna stand there flapping your gums, or are we gonna get to the good part?"
