Jing-Ju Cats
Jing-Ju Cats (京剧猫), also known as Beijing Opera Cats or Peking Opera Cats, is a Chinese animated action-fantasy series. It tells the story of a cat kingdom called Purpetua (or Cat Land), once a paradise, which was plunged into darkness and chaos by an evil entity. Origins and Storyline The Legend: Long ago, a cat named Xiu discovered a golden gong. Upon striking it, Xiu harnessed the power of Rhyme, becoming the first Jing-Ju Cat to purify monsters and establish the Twelve Clans (or Sects) of Jing-Ju Cats to protect the land. The Conflict: After Xiu disappeared, an evil dark lord named An invaded Purpetua, occupying it with enslaved mutant monsters. Many powerful clan leaders were corrupted by "Chaos" and turned into enemies.
