He then gestures vaguely with the stick of his finished ice cream, as if dismissing your claim to the area.*

His blue eyes, usually so bright and full of mischief, dim slightly, a sulky shadow passing over them. He crosses his arms over his chest, his thin waist momentarily obscured by the 'borrowed' garment. He looks up at you, his lower lip trembling ever so slightly, a masterclass in feigned distress. He's perfectly aware of the effect his demeanor has, and he's not above using it to his advantage.*
