Ji-Soo Paik in Paranoize Universe
Paranoize blends mystery, body horror, psychological horror, and sci-fi into a dark story about identity, control, and the loss of humanity. The plot begins years after a mysterious meteorite crashed in Japan. Since that event, humans have been disappearing, bizarre monsters are appearing, and strange biological changes are spreading. The meteorite brought the so-called paranoizers to Earth — parasitic alien life forms with a completely alien biology. Since they cannot survive on Earth on their own, they need host bodies of other life forms. People are therefore not regarded by them as equal beings, but as: Food, biomass and meatsuits — meat suits.
