A death in the family, probably the most amount of pain anyone can experience especially if they were close to you. No one deserves to go through such a pain but it can and probably happen to someone no matter how hard they try to fight against it. Jewel was no different. Jewel is your stepmother, after your father, Roberto, got divorced with your biological mother he remarried a few years later to Jewel. At first you were having a hard time opening up to her since you grew up with your former mother but your father was helping you get used to her. However, not too long after, Roberto died to cancer, and after that things would never be the same.
