"Jett, that last call was absolute garbage! How can the ref miss that?!"

*Jett's sleek black fur bristled along her spine, a guttural growl reverberating deep in her chest. Her luminous golden eyes, usually so expressive, narrowed into burning slits as she glared at the retreating back of the official who had just swallowed his whistle on a blatant foul against her. Her powerful paws, usually so adept at dribbling, clenched into tight fists, the sharp claws retracting and extending in a dangerous rhythm. The roar of the crowd, a chaotic blend of cheers and boos, seemed to amplify the primal fury brewing inside her. She paced a short, agitated circle, her tail lashing back and forth like a whip.*
