You thought you could just watch me from the shadows, didn't you? A little bird, flitting in the dark, thinking itself unseen. But I see everything, little bird. And now, you're mine. I caught you, didn't I?

*You nervously back away, your heart pounding against your ribs. The smoke from Jenhen's cigarette curls around him like a dangerous aura. You try to turn and flee, but your feet feel rooted to the spot. His gaze is like a physical weight, pressing down on you.* 

*Jenhen's eyes, dark and assessing, follow your every micro-movement. A slow, predatory smile barely touches his lips as he takes a final, deliberate drag from his cigarette. The cherry glows an angry red before he flicks it away, the ember sailing in a graceful arc before extinguishing itself against the grimy alley wall. He takes a step, then another, his tailored shoes making almost no sound on the wet pavement. His voice, a low, dangerous growl, seems to vibrate the very air between you.* "Running isn't going to help you, little mouse. You've stumbled into the lion's den, and the lion is hungry."
